Spring Clean-Up
To start the season off with a bang and get your property in shape, we like to do a thorough once-over visit of your property. We remove debris that may have built up over the winter, this includes:

Mulch Installation
Mulch is a natural weed barrier and helps to retain water for all plants. Whether you're making new mulch beds or adding mulch to existing beds, we can make your landscape beds pop!

Spring Pruning
We provide pruning for all three seasons the first visit being in the spring. This visit is used to set your plants up for maximum health and appeal through out the spring months. Spring is a good time to prune trees and shrubs because the pruning “wounds” won’t be exposed for as long to harsh conditions now that the growing season is just around the corner. Your tree’s shape and branches are more visible without its leaves. Dead and dying limbs are more easily spotted.
Summer Services
Most of the Summer months are spent outside in the yard, let us help your lawn be the envy of the neighborhood and something that you can take pride in.
Mowing Services
We provide Bi-weekly and Seasonal weekly Mowing. Services included in our visit is String trimming, Edging (may require initial service), and Blowing off your sidewalk, driveway, patio/deck, or hardscapes. We will also blow down your lawn to eliminate the appearance of excess grass clippings if needed. We provide services for Residential & Commercial helping to keep your lawn at the proper height so it can fight off disease, weeds, and insects and looks presentable.
Bed Maintenance
We can come out for one-time treatments to minimize weeds in all areas of your property except the turf. A licensed technician will visit your property to control the germination of weeds using pre and post emergent, we will address any weeds that do dormant on our visits. As an extra bonus, our program includes treatment of weeds in parking lots, patios, decks, around trees, along curbs, and in sidewalk cracks.
Fall Services
Fall is our time to clean up all the foliage, sticks and debris off your lawn so that it can go dormant and survive the winter.
Fall Clean-Up
A good fall clean-up prepares your Lawn & Landscape for dormant periods, allowing them to flourish in Spring. Excess leaves that lay on your lawn block sun and slow water evaporation, which can cause disease, mold, and fungus. We provide one visit with Leaf removal from your Lawn and Landscape Beds as well as mowing the g. We pick up twigs and sticks and (pine needles can be added to be removed also). Perennial Care
Let Superior Land Care LLC take care of your perennials, Fall deadheading of perennials tidies up the plants by getting rid of spent flowers and often makes them bloom longer. When you remove spent flowers from some perennials it keeps them from wasting their energy-producing seed, thereby putting that energy into more flower production or strengthening the plant.
Fall Pruning
At Superior Land Care LLC we strive to keep your shrubs or trees maintained at a certain size or shape. Pruning helps to keep your landscape looking lush, green, and free from the decaying brown that blemishes perfection.
Fall pruning and trimming get your plants ready for the following growing season by promoting new growth when the time comes. It creates less stress, which encourages more plentiful and healthy blooms to come to Spring.
